Technician statement

Alright, this is work order WO-24359. My name is Hector Salinas with Pacific Fiber Solutions. I'm at 1776 Lakeshore Dr, Sacramento, CA for Fiber Drop Installation. I'm going to walk you through the completed work now. Here's the finished installation — you can see everything is mounted level and secured. Walking around the left side, all the connections are torqued and labeled. Here's the main equipment, and I'm getting a close-up of the nameplate so you have the model and serial on file. Safety-wise, I had lockout applied the whole time I was in the panel, PPE on, and the area was taped off. As far as the work completed, we handled the full fiber scope, tested everything, and it's reading in range. One thing I did run into was some wear on the adjacent equipment — nothing that affects today's work but worth watching. For follow-up, I'd recommend an inspection in about 90 days. Here's a final overview of the completed job, cleaned up and ready for the customer. That's it for work order WO-24359.
