General Construction work at 2563 Grand Ave, Salt Lake City, UT was completed and documented on site by Rafael Duarte. The technician captured a narrated walkthrough of the finished installation, confirmed all connections and equipment were in working order, and verified the work area was cleaned and secured before departure. I'm going to walk you through the completed work now. Here's the finished installation — you can see everything is mounted level and secured. Walking around the left side, all the connections are torqued and labeled. Here's the main equipment, and I'm getting a close-up of the nameplate so you have the model and serial on file. Safety-wise, I had lockout applied the whole time I was in the panel, PPE on, and the area was taped off.
